For registration on toothbook.ca, go to the registration page and fill out all the information that is required.

To find a provider on Toothbook: o  Go to toothbook.ca o  On our homepage, you'll be prompted to enter your location. o  Choose the service you want to use. o  Add your location to find clinics near you. o  Choose one of the clinics from the list. o  You can choose a specific dentist or just any clinic. o  Then book.

No, you can only make one appointment at a time on our platform. If you have booked an appointment and want to choose another one, you have to cancel the previous booking.

There are 2 types of rewards given by ToothBook. You will get a reward ($50 gift cards) for using the service. However, you can use the service multiple times, but to get a reward, there must be different clinics every time. Another type of reward is the referral program. Patients can refer service by a link to another person and get the reward ($20 gift cards). Note: To receive a reward from the referral, the invited student must use the service.

The practice you are seeing has their own list of insurance providers they work with and we don't handle that information. All of the payments go through the practice as per usual, and our reward works no matter how you are paying. After completing the booking, you can ask the practice more info about your insurance in the Chat.

The price of services is not displayed on toothbook.ca because of the difference between dental clinics. If you have additional questions, you can send the request to the dental clinic for detailed information about the service.

If you have booked and attended your appointment using ToothBook, then you will get the reward. Your reward will be sent to you via e-mail within 48 hours after the appointment.

Once the Gift card is activated, you will have 7 months to use it.

Once we have sent you the link to claim your reward, it will be valid for 4 months.

No! Using ToothBook does not affect the price of the dental service. There are no extra fees or hidden costs.

It is very simple! To refer a friend and get a reward, just follow the steps below: 1) Go to toothbook.ca 2) Log in 3) Click on the “Referral program” section 4) Generate your own referral link 5) Send to your friends 6) Start to earn!

Unfortunately, you cannot refer yourself to qualify for the Referral reward.

No. You will receive a gift card only for your friend's first use.

Thanks for your interest in using ToothBok! The simplest way to join our partnership network is to navigate to “For Clinic Partners” page and to fill in the application form . After your application, our partnership team will contact you as soon as possible and explain the next steps.

The payment procedure is carried out twice a month. We will remind you about the debt before charging. You have to be sure that you have the exact amount in your account. In case payment doesn't succeed, the clinic profile will not be shown to the patients.

After joining the partnership network, ToothBook provides a dashboard for your clinic, where you can manage your appointments.

Has an appointment been requested at a non-suitable time? No worries, you can defer the appointment by offering the patient rescheduled time slots.

Yes, we send reminder to you 1 hour before the appointment. Moreover, we send reminder for patient too.

1. Log in to clinic portal 2. Go to your appointments and view the appointment you want to verify. 3. Search for the patient's name in the search bar and select the patient.  4. Click the button "Attend."

There is a chat with patients where you can communicate with them.

To cancel an appointment, select the "appointment" you’d like to cancel, click "view more" and "cancel".

To reschedule the appointment, please follow the steps below: 1. Select the appointment you’d like to reschedule and click on it. 2. Click the button "reschedule" and offer another time and date to patient. 

o In the case when a student who booked an appointment was already a patient of the clinic, o If it’s not the first booking through our platform, o The patient only attends a free consultation with no return visit.
